Text Box: Holidays always remind us of God’s love. On holy days God demonstrates divine love by entering into our humble estate with love, joy, peace, hope and light. God’s love gives birth to perfect love in the world: love that helps each of us realize that God loves us right where we are, love that reminds us that we are not alone, love that saves us. God’s love gives birth to joy; joy that fills our hearts, joy that transforms our sorrows, joy that is contagious. God’s love gives birth to peace; peace that reconciles our relationships, peace that calms our fears, peace that transcends our human understanding. God’s love gives birth to hope, hope to live, hope to dream, hope for the future. God’s love gives birth to light, light that reveals the truth, light that dispels the darkness, light that show us the way. I pray that this holiday season blesses each of you in a special way. LOVE, JOY, PEACE, HOPE, & LIGHT TO ALL GOD’S FAMILY

Happy Holidays

Dear Friends and Supporters of

Interfaith Atlanta Chaplaincy

Text Box:
Your Airport Interfaith Chaplaincy Board meets regularly during the first part of the month.  The full board meets on alternate months while the executive committee of the board meets on the other months.

Presently we are working on refining our bookkeeping and accounting procedures to bring them into fuller conformity with what funding organizations expect from non-profits.  We have always had solid accounting procedures but times change and funding organizations have greater expectations and demands than in the past.  In order to preserve the trust relationship what we have had with donors over the years, we feel it important to bring our practices more into line with what these organizations expect.

IAC depends on the contributions of such foundations and funds.  But we also depend on the voluntary contributions of board members and individuals and religious organizations.  Such givers have been the backbone of our organization’s financial stability over the years.  Religious organizations and individuals have contributed the lion’s share of our operating budget.

As our program develops, we hope to move into greater areas of service (such as the chapel and presence on the International Concourse) in full strength.  Such growth is dependant up the financial support of many people.

On behalf of the IAC board, I ask you to please consider a gift of whatever size to this very worthwhile and needed ministry.  My wife and I and our congregation have made it a priority in our giving program.  Won’t you also?

Thank you so much for your continued support of the Atlanta Interfaith Chaplaincy program.

The Reverend James A. Clark, DMin, STS

Board President
